Only send SPEAD metadata for changed fields #2
Description
Right now, SPEAD metadata is issued in chunks whenever a part of that chunk changes (eg, altering the RF gain of a single input means that all the RF gains for all inputs are reissued). Only changed values should be sent for things like:
- the RF gain,
- EQ,
- input labelling etc.
