Question about editor

Firstly, great job! Really like the flow of Hugopit.

Thinking of using in a classroom project but the users are in age group 9-12 years old.

My question is how hard would it be to integrate an editor like CKEditor and maybe with a file manager?

I understand that to many this would defeat ease of use and bulk, but some of the younger users (in my case) will need an easier editor when adding images, videos etc. Really thinking Hugo would fit nicely into our science classroom blogging environment.

Hi,
as for the file manager, there is a file manager built in Cockpit for when you need to select images.

Regarding a simper WYSIWYG editor, I agree it could be more appealing. I think it is not that complicated to integrate it in Cockpit but unfortunately I don't think the community will add it since Markdown is really easy.

But you can try and tweak Codemirror, the editor used in Cockpit, to maybe show some buttons, and make it more appealing? I've even tweaked it in split mode so you can see in real time what you are writing.
