Improve documentation of scenario trees

The documentation and docstrings of scenario tree should be updated and extended.
There was some recent discussion (see #84) on e.g. better documentation of the branching input parameter in the constructor.

Efforts should be made to align documentation and terminology with usual practice within stochastic programming (e.g. branch, stage).
