Support ActivityPub / allow sending link change notifications to subscribers. #266
Description
I'd like to allow followers to subscribe to changes of my links list. ActivityPub would allow someone to subscribe to link list changes without implementing loads of custom code and/or an e-mail server for it. I think it's a better solution to #135 (comment).
