As a user, I want to be able to plot metrics when viewing a live calculating simulation.
Acceptance Criteria
Implement calculation of one trajectory frame at a time for 2-3 metrics.

Ideally this could be implemented so that any metric can be requested to calculate on any number of frames, as applicable depending on the metric.
