SWHC046-06 measure list workbook extra EnergyImpactIDs

Regarding the SWHC046-06 "measure list" workbook, I noticed some discrepancies in the "EnergyImpactID" naming. The entries in "Measure list" are used for generating the "Com" sector average lookup table in the savings workbook

Savings workbook (SWHC046_Energy_Savings_Calculations_2025-12-29.xlsx) has 14 unique EnergyImpactID definitions excluding VarFan variations plus 14 variations with VarFan in the standard baseline = 28 effective EnergyImpactIDs.

Measure list workbook has 25 unique EnergyImpactID definitions with and 25 unique definitions without VarFan. There appear to be some extra EnergyImpactID definitions that are not used in the measure.
