• My request extends the functionality of Ocular in a meaningful way.

Description

The idea would be, to be able to share either a user or even a dashboard without login, where the data can not be edited.

Solution

-Shareable Link when logged in, that just shows the dashboard for anyone that opens the link.
-A viewer account that can be linked to an existing users tables without the option to edit the data.

What are alternatives?

Additional context

In my case I am owed money, i will use the program anyway to track the debt and the payments - it would just be nice to share the current balance with the person owing the money without having to manually export a picture of the dashboard.

Interesting Idea, like a one-time link where a user can see all data you can see, just not edit it?

Basically yes, a generateable link (i guess some setting to include the url of the server would be needed) that would be able to view the data for either a set amount of time would work really well.
I am bad at coding so i have no idea if that would be easier done than a user that is allowed to view data without editing or which complications would come with that.
