mapcat interaction

Want to be able to interact with the mapcat:

map I/O:

• load certain time range
• load last n
• load only a certain frequency

map stats / metadata:

• write to mapcat when map is processed through sotrp pipeline (and option to load only unprocessed maps)
• write map sotrp stats to db? path to output
