Deal with case "Invalid chemical input"

Deal with the case in which the user inputs a name that is gibberish.

• Make an API request to Pubchem
• Evaluate whether input is (1) valid (2) returns a 404 or (3) returns an empty list
• Return a message to the user indicating that the input is invalid
