Missing git version tags

According to https://pypi.org/project/orderedset/ latest version is 2.0.3 however there is no any git version tags here.
Is it possible to tag at least 2.0.3?

Just found that in sdist tart ball there is no docs/ directory.
Really add that directory to sdist or at least add git tag to allow use github autogenerated tar ball.
