draft(leadership): rewrite article with threaded framework and tighter prose
Thread the three-layer framework (problems, systems, people) as the organizing principle so the Netflix and submarine sections make distinct arguments. Close the loop on the opening motivation/empowerment provocation. Replace listicle subsections with developed prose, cut teacher-student phrasing and grandiose inflation, eliminate em dash overuse.
