[1.19.2] Port to 1.19.2 / Fabric

Hey, I just finished up porting the mod to a 1.19.2 Architectury project. This obviously entailed a lot of changes to directory structure and whatnot so for now I have it in this repo here. Is there any interest in picking this up or getting it merged back here?

For now I'll just put the binaries in the GitHub releases if people want to check it out.
