Oven Modes

Is there a way to add additional oven modes? The integration currently provides Convection Roast, Bake, Frozen Pizza, and Conv. Multi-Bake. My oven also provides Air Fry, Warm, and Broil.

Probably requires some SDK work if there are some that are not being detected. I'm certainly open to someone investigating and supplying a PR!

I’m not quite sure how to do that, but I would be willing to help out in any way that I can.

I added airfry mode for a GE Cafe range here: simbaja/gehome#108
If you want to try it out, there's a (temporary!) fork here that you can install with HACS: https://github.com/michaelw/ha_gehome

Otherwise, debug logs would be useful for implementing the other modes.
