Interesting, seems like it is detecting as an oven. Can you run the SDK application, it will provide more information that will help figure out what's going on.

Apologies, I've been really swamped with work and haven't had much time to update this. If you can attach the logs, I'll try to take a look at it - feel free to redact MAC information associated with the device, I think that's the only sensitive information that would be in there.

@simbaja interestingly seems like there are two different clients there but there's only one oven :)

Interesting, it does seem to detect the oven - is there some functionality you're not seeing in the integration?

Can you also update to the latest version of the SDK (just published), I was able to add more appliance types, so it might help identify the other unit that's showing up in your logs.

Unfortunately, I've been tied up with work and haven't had a chance to do much on this. I'm guessing that weird other device is maybe causing it to never fully initialize, but I'd have to figure out a way around it.

I understand thank you -- I see there was another update to the addon recently, do you think it may fix it? I'll update at the end of the month (I only update a month behind official releases) and give it a try.

Hi, I suspect this is way too lower priority. The oven also has an door-auto open and a camera but those are not really needed. Funny enough I also have a vent hood which is controllable via google home so I wonder if SmartHQ is reporting both devices and they are getting somehow mixed up

So I've confirmed that if I hack the code to suppress the non-oven entity, everything works.
The other entity is a hood, so next I'm going to try and figure out where one device can kill the correct registration/update process for another device and separately how to make it not fail.

Hi, so for now not sure how to add support for the hood but there's a PR that will make the situation of a mix of supported and unsupported devices more robust. Not sure if you'll like it but it allows the supported cafe oven to show up even while the vent hood remains is unsupported.
