Implement transfer command

Are there still plans to implement the transfer command that's detailed in the readme?

My main use case for sspak would be to update my dev sites from the live sites in one step.

It's not really high on our priority list right now. There wasn't even an issue to track the task.

It's probably worth exploring if there's a big demand for it in the community.

I'd like to see #54 implemented as a full sspak rewrite before we start adding new enhancements to it to be honest
