Update stylelint to fix VS Code plugin warnings and crashes #81
Description
stylelint is pinned to 13.13.1 in master, but the latest available as of 3/20/25 is 16.16.0.
The Stylelint VS Code plugin shows this warning in projects that use @silvermine/standardization right now:
The version mismatch also causes the plugin to crash frequently.
