Allow the de/re-allocation of already mode selected pins

Allow for the de/re-allocation of pins the pin modes of which have already been set using the pinMode function.

Could potentially do this by matching the pin terminal IDs against already assigned/setup pins. Then de/re-allocating the pins by deleting+adding entries in the appropriate pinInfo array.
