Investigate and fix Ethereum ligh client

@ppca, we need to investigate recent issues with Ethereum light client, fix them, and deploy on 1 node to test

update from helios: Sepolia had a hard fork, and the commit we were using for helios did not have support for that, that's why it stopped working. They have that and the previous memory leak fixes on the master branch now, I can try it out on one node
