various UI deviations from Figma #1412

Summary
An inputfield should keep it's position, regardless of a feedback, so in the screenshot below the one with a warning, the gap to the upperone is not inline with the other ones... There should be the same height reserved...
si-links: The active router linke looks wired...
si-attachment-list, the delete buttons does not seem to work, there is no hover effect e.g.
si-fileuploader
the distance between the warning and the upper two label's is still too big... see Figma...
in the example the option icon and below the filter icon should be vertically aligned...
in the tree the gap between the icon and the label could be reduced to 4px instead of 8px
