Handling reason for excluding, when present.

Currently, exclude fields in Pandora can include a reason for exclusion. 

Currently that reason is lost, and the field converted to a simple Boolean based on if it starts with Yes. 

In the future, we could keep the reason, and provide it as an additional column.
