1. If due to error, WhatsApp API stops working, it still sends all the pending messages in queue after the error is resolved. Can this be fixed?
2. Check function send_moderator_msg: In case user has not messaged the bot in past 24 hours, message should not go to user using send_whatsapp_message function. But we are able to send message to the wa-user - it is sent but not delivered - we also don't get any error in this case. It does not deliver but it does send them. Is there a way we can know if user has not messaged bot since 24 hours?
