Consumes a lot of RAM for data points more than 10,000 

I have used this dbscan code in ios application and i have data points around 13,000 . Iphone runs out of memory as it uses approx 8 Gig of Ram. Is there any solution for this ? Probably using window of 3000 points at a time?
