Settings inaccessible on invalid settings while settings page is loading

I just tested this on a VM that did not detect the DAZ registry keys. Even after selecting a content folder to install content to, the settings page was stuck on loading which prevented applying the savings which resulted in a unsolvable loop of trying to fix the settings.

Attempting to extract with invalid settings doesn't start an extraction, which is good :).
