Hi,

I'm trying to download the .tar files under the videos/ folder in the dataset chenjoya/Live-WhisperX-526K.

Right now most of the files can’t be accessed. Only about 25 files work, but the other 200+ files return a 500 error when I try to download them.

Example of the error:

500 Internal Server Error
DB Error: dispatch; code: 2

And the download links look like this:

https://cas-bridge.xethub.hf.co/xet-bridge-us/...

So this is not a network issue on my side — the links themselves are invalid or the files are no longer available in storage.

I just want to confirm:

Are these .tar files actually still stored in Hugging Face LFS?

Or have they been deleted / lost / corrupted?

Is there any way for you to restore or re-sync them?

In short，I'm downloading this dataset using hf-mirror, and it automatically redirects the file links to:

https://cas-bridge.xethub.hf.co/xet-bridge-us/...

But the files cannot be fetched — almost all of these redirected links return a 500 Internal Server Error, so the data can’t be downloaded at all.

Hi, I think there should be no problem with that ... since streamingvlm (https://arxiv.org/abs/2510.09608) also used our data. Could you provide one file that have been failed to download? I can have a try
