Generate character art based on randomly generated attributes (/cart?)

Uses Midjourney or similar tool to generate and return an image of a character based on the attributes passed to it.

This should be kept separate from /cgen, but /cart should accept the same 3 details necessary for /cgen's story generation (race, alignment, class).
