make a project view that is not nested

the categories and the projects views are nested. You do not need nested viewing for projects. copy projects to nestedprojects etc.. and then make projects normal. againg. this is better for reference

I have already added in the 'ordering' filed back in to the install.sql but it is remmed out.

It might not be possible to share both views nested and non-nested.
