部分BUG和修复建议 #3
Description
1.对于exe打包文件，最终实际存储config文件的位置是temp文件夹内，关闭后会将temp删除config也随即删除
2.针对非实名项目，目前也为选择实名进行统计数量，可以支持手动填写非实名抢票数量
3.二维码显示过大，不太好扫到
（有空的话可能提个pr）
