Shotgun Integration is crashing when closing the Loader2 dialog before the file is completely loaded

Similar issue of what we have in Photoshop CC integration, Python is crashing when closing the loader2 dialog before the file is completely loaded. Getting this in the console:
js Python exited unexpectedly.
js Critical: The Shotgun integration has unexpectedly shut down. Specifically, the python process that handles the communication with Shotgun has been terminated.

Steps

• Open Loader2 app
• Load a project you already published and close the loader2 dialog right away.
  = Shotgun integration crash!
