Read password from stdin

Thanks for this useful tool! It would be nice to be able to read the password to be hashed from stdin, or alternatively a file, for increased security (keep the password out of process listings etc).

I needed this myself and - long story short - found myself creating a fork of bcrypt-tool: https://github.com/Necoro/bcrypt-tool

This now supports reading from stdin and also interactively from terminal if required.

Beware that the CLI syntax is changed (simplified)..!
