Add in breadcrumbs throughout interface to help with navigation

I have a few QoL improvements we should implement for the GISST interface:

1. "Welcome to GISST" shows up everywhere due to CSS template, should really make that space appropriate for the use. This is especially true for the Editor, which does not show current instance / state / replay information on the page.
2. Add breadcrumbs of instance -> initial state / replay to editor page, and to browser tab ("GISST - {{Instance name}})
3. Open new tab when clicking on instance in listing, or implement some basic tracking for back/forward navigation to different search states. I think this is already happening to some extent.

Back/forward to search states would be valuable for sure, meili/instantsearch has a navigator (?) widget we can be sure that we use which should do this for us
