Create dashboard on initial user landing page

Extending #263 to make the dashboard its own issue. Currently our landing page is just the instance search.

I'm porting starter code over to this branch and want to create a few new things:

• Recent Activity on server widget
• Recent Activity from specific creator
• Recent server statistics

I'm debating adding some provision for server wide announcements and updates as well.
