Last.fm integration

If Spotify can't show what we are playing at the moment, I know for a fact that Last.fm can.

We would like to integrate Last.fm so that it could help us create some pie charts and displays like our top artist, top genres, top albums. 

This ticket is to setup the Last.fm API into firebase, the API key has already been created.
