Add Support for Checkpoint #2
Description
I would like to add support for checkpoint as they are another big vendor:
Importantly they require the feed to be in a CSV file and they seem to support a lot of different formats configurable by the administrator
Given that list of formats I think the easiest is to just start with a flat ip list as it is the first example and should be hosted at /checkpoint
