Suggestions for Resources List

I think the following suggestions would make the resources list more helpful.

1. Perhaps use Markdown format so that we have some formatting available.
2. If markdown is used, each resource name can be formatted as a heading accompanied by a short description of 200-300 characters (max) that explains what to expect in learning resource or a note left by author like: "This resource is good for starters, the content presentation is simple and clear."
