feat: Restore title when attaching a session #288
Description
I use fish shell. When attaching to an existing session with a running process in the foreground, the title doesn't update until reaching a fish prompt, so it stays as shpool attach foo.
A nice enhancement would be to restore the title when attaching the session. This would make #287 possible to implement in the user's shell configuration.
