[bug]: Explorer shows blobs as "Ready" but CLI cannot download them

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to explorer.shelby.xyz/shelbynet - Blobs page
2. Find blobs with "Ready" status (e.g. img_130.jpg)
3. Run: shelby download img_130.jpg ~/Desktop/img_130.jpg
4. CLI returns "No active blob named was found"

Expected Behavior

File should download successfully since Explorer shows status as "Ready"

Actual Behavior & Errors

No active blob named 'img_130.jpg' was found. It may have expired or been deleted.
