CURL error on Installation of Dropdown

on running
php artisan sheaf:install dropdown
I receive the following error
ERROR cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate (see https://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html) for https://sheafui.dev/api/cli/components/dropdown?project_hash=.

I have the same error on
php artisan sheaf:install toast

our server is working properly and send component's resources correctly

I think it's your machine issue
