Incorrect Run_SS call

I tried to install the SSS package and installation failed. I think the issue is this line here (and perhaps any other Run_SS call in the code) where the inputs to the functions do not match those required by Run_SS. It looks like the ss.exe input to the Run_SS function was removed but that was not updated here in the code.
