[Feature] Multi monitor dimming options.

I have two monitors and need dimming only on one monitor, other one I am using for OBS and other info.
So, the program needs like list of all monitors and checkboxes for each of them. If it's checked - that means monitor will be dimmed. Something like that will work for all multi-monitor scenarios I think.

Also might be a good idea to add option for disabling dimming for specific apps.
