Roadmap to helga 2.0

Since slack announced that IRC/XMPP gateways are being deprecated, this is probably the impetus for getting helga to a proper 2.0 state. What does that look like? Some ideas:

• python3 support
• fully supported native slack support
• possibility for pluggable protocols?
• improve plugin api to send discrete events rather than arbitrary number of arguments
• improved callbacks for special events
• built-in/improved async ability
• less IRC-specific terminology
• improved/more flexible plugin installation (pypi, static file, etc)

May wanna use matterircd as a submodule for connecting to Slack. While it's far from perfect, it's under active development and I've been using it for the past week.
