v3: Redis Broker - Message published before subscribe is also received

This is an implementation issue, since the broker reuses the redis client while subscribing. The subscription just adds the dispatch to an existing queue which has already been listening to that channel.

This doesn't happen if this is the first dispatch to subscribe on that particular channel id, since the redis subscribe doesn't happen at that moment.
