Add Chinese model providers, Feishu channel, rewrite docs

- Add 5 Chinese LLM providers (DeepSeek, Qwen, Zhipu, Moonshot, MiniMax)
  with data-driven routing via models.json
- Make agent.sh provider routing fully data-driven (api_format dispatch)
- Add Feishu/Lark channel with webhook + App Bot dual mode
- Rewrite README with BashClaw branding and hot self-bootstrapping positioning
