Error in Dynamics Simulation Setup

Dear Developers,

While performing calculations according to the SHARC 4.0 manual, I encountered an error during the dynamics setup phase. When running sh run.sh &, the OUTPUT.LOG file reported the following error:

Dear user,
this looks like the same problem as in sharc-md/sharc4#3

This has to do with some problems with gfortran that we could not fix so far. It works if you compile SHARC with ifort or ifx.
