Integrate AutoNTT Designs

Integrate designs from https://github.com/SFU-HiAccel/AutoNTT presented at FCCM 2025.

The biggest roadblock will be figuring out how to support TAPA designs in HLSFactory. There might be multiple ways to do this but it needs further exploration.

As per our discussion the other day, since we decided to first integrate individual task components of AutoNTT into HLSFactory, I have collected some of the tasks and created a setup to run Vitis HLS on them individually. The content is available here:

I believe we can start the integration from this point if these design components look acceptable to you.
