[BUG] Credits set back to default after Language phrase "xxx" not found (arg 7)

• I have checked that my issue doesn't exist yet.
• My report has a descriptive title (not a vague title like It dun't wörk).
• I have tried my absolute best to reduce the problem-space and have provided the absolute smallest test-case possible.
• I can always reproduce the issue with the provided description below.

Describe the bug

Clients connect and their credits get back to what i set in (mystore_startcredits "10") the error is allways some random Language phrase in translations not found but after check translation it is there.

Way to Reproduce

no way to reproduce, sometimes it happens rare but not that rare 2/3 time per month.

Environment

• I have updated SourceMod to the latest version and it still happens.
• I have updated SourceMM to the latest snapshot and it still happens.
• I have update MyStore to the latest version and it still happens.
