[REQUEST] Weapon Skins Openable From Chest (not models)

Weapon skins (not models).
Weapon skins can openable from chest, or buyable from store, and so there will be something else players have to play for. (so no need to use !ws !knife)
(need only the first thing this is a + feature):
Players can sell skins on a 'market', and other players can buy that, for credits, etc...
