[REQUEST] Attachment position and first person

Hi,

By default in the provided items.txt the attachment ( like hat ) are not perfectly placed, i want to adjust their placement but i couldn't define myself how work the position and angle parameters. Some help about this on the wiki would be great.

And i don't know if it's possible but can you make the item invisible in the first person for who wear it ?
