Content Type Component

We forgot create the content type component in the previous round...now we need to add it. We also need to think of a way to give it more importance, because the content types tell what a site is about. This is one of the component which is going to be shared most.

Maybe it makes sense to create a hierarchy or taxonomy of content types. For example,

Paper
-- Economic Paper
-- Economic Paper which deals with social issues

The point is that people should be able to somehow inherits the property of the parent content types. This could be extended to any pattern, but we need a mechanism for it. Maybe we need to write also some extra code for dealing specifically with this.

Simple Test is needed also for closing this issue.
