oversized stars on rating dialog and no way to show dialog during debug

I saw the rating dialog but the stars were too big. Only half of the last star was visible.
I tried setting the method "isDebug()" to true hoping to see the dialog when I was debugging but only saw it once.
Also, not getting feedback text from feedback dialog.
