cloud-config-server is now running properly

Hi @shabbirdwd53 ,

I run all the microservices and then get "Could not locate PropertySource, ..." warning from config-server-clients.
And when I put something on application.yml like "sample.message= Welcome" after changing git-config-repo to mw own application.yml and then trying to get the field from user-service I will get error about the getting that field. Can you check it via adding sample field on git-config-repo?
